New Report Documents National Spend on Employee Compensation

employee compensatin report from the BLS for March 2013According to a recent report from the U.S Bureau of Labor Statistics, total employer compensation costs for private industry workers averaged $29.13 per hour worked; for state and local government workers, total employer compensation costs averaged $42.12 per hour worked.
